Abstract
A 30-year-old AIDS-patient with cryptococcal meningitis developed subacute bilateral visual loss associated with high cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) pressure. With immediate CSF drainage the blindness was reversible. The importance of prompt CSF drainage in AIDS-related cryptococcal meningitis with visual failure is stressed.Entities:
