Abstract
The midaortic syndrome is a rare entity, typically presenting with hypertension, refractory to treatment. The diagnosis is usually made by arteriography. We report a child in whom the diagnosis was made by ultrasound, confirmed by arteriography and successfully treated by balloon dilatation.Entities:
