Abstract
Antegrade endopyelotomy has become the procedure of choice for patients with UPJ obstruction. Overall success rates of 85% can be expected when the procedure is used in a broad spectrum of patients. Contraindications include an uncorrected bleeding diathesis, untreated infection, and any anatomic abnormality precluding safe percutaneous access.Entities:
