Abstract
Based on 600 arthrogramms physiologic recessus is compared with ganglion for differential-diagnostic purposes. The great variance between small and big recessus of the regio genu posterior will be demonstrated. Flexion of the knee joint favour confusion with ganglion. The radiologic and differential diagnostic valuable criteria of the physiologic recessus and ganglion is shown. Finally the characteristics of Baker's cyst as well as posterior capsule rupture are discussed.Mesh:
