Abstract
The increased use of anticonvulsants in the treatment of bipolar disorders necessitates a greater appreciation of potential complications from these agents. The authors present a bipolar disorder patient with dose-dependent valproic acid thrombocytopenia and suggest treatment strategies.Entities:
