Abstract
Masson's vegetant intravascular hemangioendothelioma (VIH) is a rare benign tumor that has a propensity for the head and neck but has been overlooked in the otolaryngology literature. Herein, we present the first report of facial palsy resulting from a small VIH growing in the fundus of the internal auditory canal and the labyrinthine segment of the fallopian canal.Entities:
