Abstract
A report on a liposarcoma in the meninges of a 70-year-old woman is presented. Pre-operative clinical and angiographic findings indicated that the tumour might be a meningeoma. Pathological examination revealed a predominantly lipoma-like, well-differentiated liposarcoma with round-cell and pleomorphic areas. The angiographic and pathological differential diagnosis are discussed.Entities:
