Abstract
We report a case of isolated hypoglossal nerve paralysis caused by a dural arteriovenous fistula. Diagnosis is discussed with emphasis on conventional and MR angiography. The anatomy of the hypoglossal nerve is reviewed along with more common causes of pathologic conditions.Entities:
