Abstract
A 35-year-old woman was referred to the Oculoplastics Clinic because of a left nasal swelling and intermittent tearing of 1 year's duration. The clinical examination and echographic and radiologic findings were consistent with an anterior venous anomaly. Complete surgical excision was performed and histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of a varix.Entities:
