Abstract
A casuistically rare autopsy case of penile squamous cell carcinoma metastasis into the interventricular septum in a 70-year-old patient is described. The patient was operated because of suspected paraphymosis and diagnosis of carcinoma was established after histological examination of the surgical material. This diagnosis was followed by the penis amputation. The cause of death was the heart block due to a massive (3.5 cm in diameter) heart metastasis which was not suspected clinically.Entities:
