[A case of paraesophageal omental herniation].

Abstract

A 48-year-old woman underwent routine chest roentgenography and a mass shadow was seen in the posterior mediastinum. CT, MRI and celiac arteriography were performed, and paraesophageal omental herniation was diagnosed. Paraesophageal omental herniation is uncommon, and there have been no reports cases with complications. Therefore, this case is being followed-up carefully.
