Abstract
The acute management of fractures involving the distal radio-ulnar joint and distal ulna is controversial. The primary goal is recognition and differentiation between stable and unstable fracture patterns. Although an operative approach is adopted in the treatment of these injuries, the optimal management protocol awaits good prospective randomized studies.Entities:
