Abstract
Adenocarcinoma of the prostate commonly metastasizes to the lymph nodes and bones, with occasional visceral deposits, however, metastasis to the brain is rare. A case of prostatic carcinoma with brain metastasis presenting as a tumor hemorrhage is reported. The pertinent literature is also reviewed.Entities:
