Abstract
This article deals with the main interactions and adverse effects of some drugs that are used daily by dermatologists. It includes tetracyclines and Minocycline in the treatment of acne; antimalarials and discoid lupus; dapsone; thalidomine; oral retinoids; methotrexate and cyclosporine.
