Abstract
Melanoma vaccines represent a novel and potentially effective method of slowing the progression of melanoma. This article discusses the importance in the design of vaccines for melanoma, the relative advantages and disadvantages of this approach, and summarizes the results of the most important clinical trials conducted to date with this vaccine.Entities:
