Abstract
Pancreatoblastoma is a rare pancreatic tumor, which usually occurs during childhood. We describe here the ninth adult case in a 21-year-old woman, who died 7 months after diagnosis despite complete surgical resection and adjuvant chemotherapy. Pancreatoblastoma in adults has a poor prognosis, at variance with what may be observed in childhood.Entities:
