Vertigo in children.

Abstract

The physician should realize that children can have organic vestibular disorders. Therefore, he should seriously approach every child who complains of dizziness, taking a careful history and performing appropriate examinations in order to afford the best possibility of prompt diagnosis and effective treatment.
