Abstract
Members of a commercial weight-reducing organization achieved, on average, almost double the weight loss of patients attending an obestiy clinic, where an extensive regime of drugs and other therapies was offered. It is suggested that medical expertise could be used to supplement the benefits for patients attending community groups, rather than in the individual treatment of obesity.Entities:
