Abstract
Patients with short familial stature (SFS) have a short body height, but their bone age is normal. The aim of this research was to assess dental maturity in 54 patients with SFS, aged from 4 to 15 1/2 years. Bone age was judged from radiographs of the left wrist, and dental age from orthopantomograms. Dental age was retarded in relation to chronological age and to bone age.Entities:
