Abstract
SARs may enable the evaluation of the toxic potential of chemicals by drawing conclusions from available data on structurally-related chemicals, thus reducing the need for further testing. The Advisory Committee on Existing Chemicals of Environmental Relevance (BUA) [1,2] of the German Chemical Society (Gesellschaft Deutscher Chemiker [GDCh]) has compiled data on the toxicity and ecological impact for several groups of chemicals [3, 4]. In the present review, some common toxicological properties for aliphatic amines were revealed after evaluation and comparison of the toxicity data.Entities:
