Abstract
We report the case of a patient with a congenital aortic valve stenosis associated with a long-term undiagnosed intralobar pulmonary sequestration. The important blood flow through the aberrant artery led to progressive congestive heart failure and severe hemoptysis at the age of 25 years. We demonstrate the regression of cardiac symptoms and left ventricular diameter after surgical resection of the sequestration.Entities:
