Abstract
Tuberculosis affecting the pancreas is rare. Its occurrence may pose a diagnostic problem in differentiating it from carcinoma of the pancreas. Two cases of tuberculosis affecting the pancreas are reported, illustrating the value of fine needle aspiration in such a situation. The response of the disease to antituberculous drugs was slow, but sure.Entities:
