Abstract
A case report of a young patient with anterior and bilateral posterior crossbite was presented. She was severely brachyfacial with a mild Class III malocclusion due to slight maxillary retrusion. Early orthodontic therapy using a simple, removable, maxillary expansion appliance provided the patient with a stable, functional occlusion and good esthetics.Entities:
