Abstract
We report the case of a patient with severe vascular disease in whom retrograde access to the aortic root was not possible because of aortoiliac and axillary vascular disease. Antegrade coronary angiography was performed through the transseptal approach using standard catheters, although several technical difficulties were encountered.Entities:
