Abstract
A 66-year-old man with a history of COPD and Aspergillus fumigatus infection developed massive hemoptysis. Pulmonary artery angiography revealed an aneurysm which was successfully treated with coil embolization. This is the first known report of a pulmonary artery aneurysm causing massive hemoptysis in a patient with bullous emphysema.Entities:
