Abstract
Isolated extramedullary relapse is very rare after allogeneic bone marrow transplantation (BMT) in acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) and continues to be a therapeutic problem. We report recurrent breast relapses in a patient with ALL after allogeneic BMT. On both occasions, bone marrow cells were shown to be of donor origin and masses disappeared after systemic chemotherapy. Treatment of the isolated extramedullary relapse after allogeneic BMT is discussed.Entities:
