Abstract
The evidence concerning the most important factors related to prognosis in endometrial carcinoma stage I has been reviewed in 500 cases. Histologic differentiation of the tumor and depth of myometrial invasion have been found to be definitely correlated with survival, whereas uterine site in stage I lesions treated by hysterectomy shows no correlation between depth of uterine sounding and survival. Obesity and hypertension influence outcome in cases treated by radiation alone.Entities:
