Abstract
Making a correct diagnosis in patients presenting with attack disorders is important. The clinical features of autosomal dominant nocturnal frontal lobe epilepsy and concussive seizures are reviewed. Recent work on the diagnosis and investigation of psychogenic non-epileptic attacks, drop attacks, falls, syncope and sleep disorders is discussed.Entities:
