Abstract
A case involving unusual pulpal morphology due to fusion or gemination was treated by conservative endodontic treatment. Clinically, the involved mandibular second molar had an enlarged clinical crown and an extra cusp with a deep carious lesion. Careful negotiation, instrumentation and obturation of the root canal system led to successful treatment.Entities:
