Fiberoptic bronchoscopic removal of intratracheal pledgetted repair sutures.

Abstract

This article describes the use of a flexible bronchoscope to remove pledgetted repair sutures within the trachea. The use of a flexible scope to remove densely adherent material is difficult but occasionally necessary.
