Abstract
The contribution to the inbreeding depression from a digenic tetrasomic locus upon self-fertilization involves three genotypic interaction effects which may be thought of as a generalization of the dominance deviation for a diploid locus. It is shown how this contribution may be expressed in terms of these genotypic interaction effects, the gene frequencies and the number of generations of selfing.Entities:
