Abstract
The plasma cell gingivitis condition, an uncommon, nonmalignant lesion, is characterized by an offending allergen which causes a massive plasma cell infiltration in gingival connective tissue. Occasionally, soft tissue biopsy of affected and normal tissues is necessary for proper diagnosis. Blood analysis may rule out other systematic disorders with oral manifestations.
