Abstract
Five dogs with multiple myeloma were seen initially because of vision loss or abnormal-appearing eyes. Each case had at least one ophthalmic abnormality (i.e., glaucoma, retinal detachment, anterior uveitis, or intraretinal hemorrhages). In each of four cases, the multiple myeloma went into remission with chemotherapy. Cases with retinal detachments without anterior uveitis or with anterior uveitis that was controlled with medication regained vision even when the retinas had been detached for several months.Entities:
