Abstract
A bony lid technique is described for enucleation of a large ameloblastic fibro-odontoma, encroaching on the left ramus of the mandible in a 5-year-old boy. There was excellent postoperative remodelling and the patient has been followed up for a period of two years. The advantages of the technique are discussed, with a note on the lesions that may be treated by this method.Entities:
