Abstract

OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study is to report our technique for MR cholangiography in children and to describe the postoperative imaging findings in children who have undergone liver transplantation from living related donors.
CONCLUSION: MR cholangiography can be used to delineate anatomy and morphology of the bile ducts of the left lateral segment graft in children who have undergone liver transplantation from living related donors. This information can guide treatment of postoperative biliary complications with interventional radiology or surgery.
