[The effect of asynchronism in transmitter secretion on the amplitude-time parameters of an evoked postsynaptic current and potential in a neuromuscular synapse].

A L Zefirov1, O Sh Gafurov.

Abstract

In the model of end-plate currents (EPC) and potential (EPP), no change was induced by an increase in the transmitter secretion asynchronism. The latter exerted no effect on the EPP amplitude or the maintenance of reliability of the synaptic transmission.
