Abstract
Metastatic tumour deposition within the pancreas is a rare cause of biliary obstruction. We present a case in which obstructive jaundice was the first sign of dissemination of a breast cancer, the cause being intrapancreatic obstruction to the biliary tree by tumour.Entities:
