Abstract
A case of internal coronal resorption in a maxillary first permanent molar of a young adult is described. Conservative treatment was done, which included endodontic therapy followed by coronal restoration with bonded composites. The importance of early diagnosis and treatment of the resorptive defect is stressed.Mesh：
