Abstract
Apoplexy of a previously asymptomatic pituitary macroadenoma may occur in the setting of intensive thrombolytic, antithrombotic, or anticoagulant therapy for acute myocardial infarction. Classic clinical findings may initially be nonspecific and a high index of suspicion is therefore required for early diagnosis.Entities:
