Post-traumatic double fingernail deformity.

Abstract

We report a 5-year-old boy who developed a complete accessory ectopic nail along the dorsoulnar aspect of the left ring finger after injury. The deformity was corrected by surgical resection of the accessory nail and the underlying nail matrix.
