Abstract
Comprising 1.6% of primary bone malignancies, parosteal osteosarcomas are rare. Rib parosteal osteosarcomas are even rarer, with only 2 cases in the literature. We report a third such case, with a 32-month disease-free survival. Issues relevant to the management of rib parosteal osteosarcomas are discussed.Entities:
