Abstract
We report the case of a 53-year-old man suffering from a pulmonary adenocarcinoma with ossification and diffuse metastatic osteoplastic lesions throughout the skeletal system. This is a rare condition in lung carcinomas. Radiographs of the chest and bones demonstrated mineral densities in the primary tumor and multiple expansive osseous lesions with a diffuse sclerotic pattern resembling multiple bone metastases from prostatic carcinoma.Entities:
