Abstract
With the possible exception of osteomyelitis, Charcot's arthropathy is perhaps the most debilitating orthopedic sequela of diabetes mellitus. For this reason, early diagnosis and aggressive, noncompromising immobilization, pressure reduction, and consistent follow-through are paramount to effecting an acceptable result.Entities:
