Abstract
Nutrition therapy for the critically ill patient is today an integral part of the treatment concept in intensive care medicine. Parenteral and enteral artificial nutrition are expensive, cost-intensive treatment procedures that are certainly not risk-free. For both ethical and economic reasons, the indications and principles of artificial nutrition must always be adapted to the latest knowledge.Entities:
