Abstract
Rapid growth of a painful and often recurrent bone tumor of the hand, is suspicious of low malignant chondrosarcoma, even despite previous histological identification as an enchondroma. The difficulty of differential diagnosis of enchondroma and chondrosarcoma is demonstrated in two cases and discussed in a review of the literature.Entities:
