Modified methods of dialysis.

Abstract

Dialysis modifications are described that are based on the use of a novel rotating dialysis bottle in one- or two-solvent systems. Advantages include complete mixing and rapid equilibrium of diffusing substances, favourable volume changes, economy of solvent and more effective removal of diffusible materials.
