Abstract
Reconstruction of the tragus is very difficult to perform and most techniques are described for the treatment of microtia where remnants of ear are used. The goal always consists in achieving a prominence that covers the canal. We present a novel and safe method, based on the vascularity of the lobule, that also provides a good appearance.Entities:
