Abstract
Prevention programs in mental health have been developed slowly, in part due to an inadequate understanding of primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention. This paper describes an instrument developed to identify critical dimensions to consider in differentiating among prevention programs, and to help clarify the complex issues underlying the design of such programs.Mesh:
