Abstract
A series of appropriate aminoalkanolic derivatives of xanthone III-VIII was synthesized and evaluated as potential antiarrhythmic agents. They were also tested for the effect on the cardiovascular system. The structure of the synthesized compounds was verified by IR 1H NMR, 13C NMR and mass spectral data.Entities:
