Abstract
A 39-year-old male presented with a putaminal hemorrhage. Angiography disclosed the incidental findings of association of basilar artery fenestration and persistent primitive trigeminal artery. This is the first report of this association of congenital anomalies of the cerebral vessels.Entities:
